Who Do I Contact With Questions?

For questions about a specific auction, item, or purchase, you will always contact the Affiliate that managed the auction. Affiliate contact information can be found in the Details section of each auction.

For questions about the functionality or terms of use of the Equip-Bid.com website, you may use the online chat, usually located on the bottom right corner of the page, or the knowledge base.  If you need to contact equip-bid directly, send a ticket under the "contact" us page, and we will get right back to you.

But what if I have an issue with an Independent Affiliate?

Each affiliate is an independently owned business. Most issues will need to be resolved directly with the affiliate that managed the sale. Equip-Bid's primary role is that of a venue.
